Unregistration and payment obligation

For those who have applied and gotten their spot confirmed by Qmisk, an unregistration can be done by mailing name and personal identification number from the mail used when applying to qm@qmisk.com. Unregistration can be done until 2025-11-20 23:59. If you do not unregister by this point and still do not pay, your klubbmästeri (organization) will have to pay before the next KMR meeting. QM will notify the organizations that are affected the day after the gasque, if this becomes relevant.

GDPR

All personal information is used exclusively by us (QMISK) to identify who gets a spot and to ensure ourselves that they are who they claim to be. All information will be deleted from the database when all payments are comlpeted, the gasque is over, the patches are handed out (in case of delay), and when other eventual disputes are done (at most, 4 weeks after the gasque is over). No personal information will be shared to third part except for your name and klubbmästeri (organization) if you get a spot. This will be available at glennsittning.qmisk.com/registered. The special dietary needs that are submitted are used to ensure the safety of visitors and to make sure that those with said needs get food that they can eat.
